Once you make an account you will be able participate in the forum, and see the different forums where the youth are collecting their thoughts to write the accord. You can add your input on what you would like to see in the accord so that this is an international effort.
Also you will be able to write statements that will be brought to the COP in regards to the substantive issues. The substantive issues are the main topics that are being discussed by the governments at the COP. Your statements will reflect the youth perspective on these issues that will be used to influence the decisions the government makes. There are 8 substantive issues being discussed at the COP which are:

- Marine & Costal
- Climate Change & BD
- Protected Areas & BD
- Mountains
- Sustainable Use
- Access & Benefit Sharing
- Post 2010 Target
