1. What is a Youth Accord?
Our youth accord is a collective statement from youth around the world to the world leaders about biodiversity.

Of Course! You can read it by clicking here.
3. What is Biodiversity?
Biodiversity, as we understand, is the variety of life we find on Earth, and the natural patterns it forms. It’s the variability among plants, animals and the ecosystems they inhabit. Biodiversity is the common thread that connects all species on our planet.
4. Who is working on this?
We are a mainly group of youth from around the world ages 14-24. We also have a wider caucus of children and youth working on local biodiversity issues. We come from all walks of life and we’re doing our best in the name of Biodiversity. Most of us work on local projects related to biodiversity, you can learn more about them by clicking here.
5. How Can I be Involved?
We are currently working on our supporting documentation; comments from youth on different issues the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) are working on. If you’d like to help work on these please email our Youth Accord Administrator.

English is the primary language we use to communicate but we have many bilingual and trilingual speaking youth so we will do our best to communicate with you!
7. Why are you collecting signatures?
We are trying to get as much as support as we can for our youth accord to make sure the government leaders listen to our voice. For more information about promotion and publicity please email cvietinghoff@hotmail.com
